Terms of service

These terms cover use of Masify's AI receptionist service, provided by Masify LLC ("Masify," "we," "us"). By becoming a Masify client, or by calling a business line answered by our AI, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Masify answers phone calls for client businesses using an AI voice assistant. It can answer questions, take messages, book appointments, and — with a caller's verbal consent — send SMS confirmations.

You're talking to an AI

Our AI receptionist identifies itself as automated at the start of every call, in line with applicable state and federal bot-disclosure laws. It is not a human, and it is not a substitute for emergency services — if you have an emergency, hang up and dial 911.

Acceptable use

The Service is for legitimate business communications only. You may not misuse it to break the law, impersonate someone else, disrupt our systems, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

Fees and messaging

Client businesses pay Masify according to their service agreement. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any SMS sent as part of a call.

Call data

Calls handled by our AI may be recorded and processed to provide the service, generate summaries for the business you called, and improve accuracy over time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the three months before the claim.

Ending service

Either party can end the client relationship per their service agreement. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service itself over time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
